These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meloria.ai website and service (the “Service”), operated by PND AI (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
Meloria.ai is a web-based service that lets you create tracks, songs and videos with artificial intelligence from the description/idea you provide or a genre you pick; blend nature sounds; and combine music with images/clips into videos. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service; if you are under the age of majority you need a parent/guardian's consent. You may sign in (optional) with Google or Apple to save and manage your music and sync your plan and quotas. You are responsible for your account's security and may delete your account at any time in the Account area.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may NOT: (a) copy, resell, rent or redistribute the Service itself; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract our models/AI; (c) use bots/scrapers, or bypass rate limits or security features; (d) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
“Your Content” means everything you enter or upload: ideas, descriptions, lyrics, images and video clips used to create music/videos. You keep your rights in Your Content. You represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for Your Content. We may refuse to process or remove infringing content, suspend offending accounts, and report illegal content to authorities where required by law.
The tracks, songs and videos you create with the Service are yours — you may listen, save to your device, share and (depending on your plan) use them commercially under that plan's terms. We claim no ownership of your generated output.
The system is designed to produce original works and includes safeguards to avoid copying lyrics/melodies of existing songs or naming real public figures/brands. However, AI is not perfect; you should review output before any public use, especially commercial use. You may not deliberately use the Service to imitate or copy copyrighted works.
Some nature sounds used for background blending come from freely licensed libraries (e.g. the Pixabay Content License). You may use the resulting mixes; but you may not extract and redistribute the raw sound files as a standalone downloadable asset.
The Service offers a free plan with daily limits, and paid plans that unlock more creations/higher quality. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. VietQR, Momo, bank transfer, PayOS, PayPal, card). Prices shown in the Service apply at the time of purchase and may vary by region/currency. Unless required by law, payments/credits are non-refundable; refund requests are handled under the payment provider's policy.
To save resources, generated music/video files are stored temporarily on our servers and automatically deleted after about 1 hour. Please save your tracks to your device if you want to keep them. We do not guarantee long-term server storage of output files.
The Meloria.ai/PND AI name, logo, interface, code and models belong to us and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership beyond the license to use the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PND AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA/PROFITS, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold PND AI harmless from any claims, damages or costs arising from: your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or Your Content infringing a third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts of Vietnam. This does not affect non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
