This Policy explains how Meloria.ai (operated by PND AI) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our AI music & video creation service.

| Usage & technical | Number of creations, plan, timestamps, browser type, IP address (via Cloudflare) — to operate the service, prevent abuse, and apply limits. |
| Payments | When you buy a plan, the transaction is handled by the payment provider. We do NOT store full card numbers; we only receive payment status & order reference. |
We do not use your music/lyrics/images for sale, targeted advertising, or share them with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers listed below.

We do not sell personal data. We only share with the infrastructure providers above to run the service, or when required by law.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
You can access, update or delete your account and related data at any time in the Account area, or by contacting us. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
